necessary reboot

After a big weekend in Boston celebrating two dear friends at one fabulous wedding, my body and brain need a little reboot. And in order to tackle the Sunday scaries - because we've all been there- I am looking ahead to how to make this week the most productive and positive week yet. And as much as I loathe working out and eating salad (seriously, what is the appeal of a bowl of wet, cold vegetables?) I always feel my best and produce the best work when I am healthy. So here we go. Yoga, spin, step, barre - it is all happening this week. Along with a little accessorizing of course...
