My name is Anna and I am addicted to sugar.
I eat candy every day. And literally had withdrawal when I tried to stop. So I got a snickers.
But no more!
I am jumping on the green juice train and so far, it's not bad. I had one this morning for breakfast and I do have more energy already. I made a big batch last night and you don't even need a juicer- I used a cuisinart. Here's what I threw in and blended like nobody's business:
1 1/2 cups spinach
2 cups of pinnaple
1/2 cups of blueberries
1 bunch of mint
1 bunch of parsley
1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk
The secret to downing spinach is all the fruit that covers it up. Cheers!
