Yesterday we got our style on at client fabulously adventurous' home for a few photos. This house has been really amazing to work on and I have been dying to get a few photos. Pushing the boundaries while remaining eco friendly, client fabulously adventurous loves to live in an ever evolving collection of her favorite travel finds and heirlooms - all while making sure her home is LEED certified. Follow along on her site here. We've had a great time working together piece by piece, updating old classics and decorating for her DC life. And bonus, she has pulled my somewhat preppy ass into the world of eclectic living. Here's a little sneak peek...
I love this living room and am obsessed with the striped chairs. It's kind of becoming something I try to incorporate anywhere I can. I just think that shit is timeless while remaining fresh. Because it is.
Lucite, original flokati, sumptuous silk curtains, just so good I never want to leave.
Art, art and more art!
In one of the guest rooms client FA wanted the space to revolve around her collection of art and a vintage suzani that lives on the bed. Fuschia is her favorite color so we included it to punch things up. And it did it's job beautifully.
I added a little flange action on the headboard. A great alternative to piping! Highly recommend.
Hope you all enjoyed a little peek into what's happening at Adger Interiors! Can't wait to see what else comes from this collaboration!
