Honey, I baked





Whoa, Monday, you came WAY too soon. And somehow the paperwork on my desk grew over the weekend? Back to fonder memories of getting my bake on in the kitchen with these marbleized cupcakes I made for our dear lady friend's birthday this weekend. 
They weren't quite as pretty once I iced them but I loved the process and felt like a little kid messing around with food coloring in the batter to create some marbleized beauties. 
(How to: one drop of food coloring in about a cup of batter, stir around gently.)
Just call me the Jackson Pollock of confections.
